The following enhancements were released in the eCompliance web app on October 13, 2022:
Filter employees and contractors on the employee listing page
With the release of the Companies Module we provided an easy way for safety managers to add their contractors to eCompliance for them to take part in their safety activities. With an increase of users however it was difficult to quickly understand which users were employees versus external parties (subcontractors, suppliers, and clients).
With this modification to the employee listing view, safety managers can now quickly view which category their users fall into:
- Internal - display only users who are employees
- External - display only users who are subcontractors, clients, or suppliers
- All - display both internal and external
Do note that this feature is only available to eCompliance customers that have access to the Companies Module. Case insensitive searches for employee training
Previously the search function in the Training tab in an Employee profile was case sensitive, making the search for a particular training topic less efficient. This enhancement removes the case sensitivity to make it easier to search for topics. This will help Health and Safety Managers gain quicker access to information on employee training so they may monitor workforce compliance against training requirements and ensure people in their organization are empowered with the knowledge to work safely.
