Field ID web release 4.4.1

The following changes have been made to web in 4.4.1 release on Sept 15th, 2022.

Bugs: Fixed the issue of LOTO audit not submitting.

Enhancements:

1. Two menu options for printing reports for Open events, 'Selected PDF Reports' and 'Selected Observation Reports' have now been removed since these reports are not applicable to the events in open state. 
2. Owner of the schedule will now receive appropriate error message if excel report fails to generate.
3. Problem - Sometimes sharing excel reports as an email attachment fails because of the time it takes to generate one.
   Solution - A new option of sharing the link to excel has now been added. This will allow users to share bulky excel reports without any failure. Users with no access to Field ID will also be able to access this link and download the excel report.
