eCompliance Release Notes for 2022.06.27 Web App

The following enhancements and fixes were released in the eCompliance web app on June 21, 2022.

Enhancements

Only assign corrective actions to users with login access

Prior to this enhancement safety managers could assign action items to individuals by inputting an email however not sending them an invite. Now with this change corrective actions can only be assigned to individuals who have login access to eCompliance. This will ensure that someone is responsible for addressing them.

Display form details on employee profiles for Behavior-Based Safety Observations

With Behavior-Based Safety Observations safety managers can attach employees to a question on a form and then report on this information with Safety Intelligence.

However, though employees were attached to the questions, this information was not displaying on their employee profiles under the forms tab to show the forms they were attached to.

With this enhancement, for employees that have been attached to questions on forms, when navigation to their profile these forms will be listed under their profile.

Updated logo for new accounts and email notifications

We have updated the Alcumus branding for new accounts in eCompliance and the logo displayed on eCompliance email notifications. To learn more about the suite of products and solutions that are part of Alcumus click here.

Public API endpoint to retrieve the status of the eC - Box connection

This API can be used to monitor the connection status and notify users of a disconnection and when the service is restored.

Fixes

• Fixed the issue where employees attached to forms through the employee lookup field, their information was not displaying on their employee profile

• [Companies Module] Fixed the issue where uploading an image was not working on the create company page
