These translations will ensure increased engagement and participation of your employees in critical health and safety activities by displaying information in a language that is best understood by them.
Which regions are these translations for?
Here is the comprehensive list of languages we support in eCompliance and the corresponding regions:

Do these translations affect notification settings in any way?
Yes, notifications will be sent to the employee in the preferred language that has been selected for their user profile. If no preferred language is selected, the invitation will be sent in the Default Language for the site to which the employee belongs.
How do I use the importer to invite employees with their preferred language?
Preferred Language can be set for each employee included in the Employee Export Template.
Are you using Google translations or some other tools?
We have hired professional (human) translators with expertise in each language and region to provide the most accurate translations possible.
What parts of eC will not be translated?
Any areas that depend on user input like document or template names will not be translated.
Is SI translated as well?
Safety Intelligence is available today in English and French. We are working on providing additional language support in the future.
Are these translations also available on the web app?
These translations are for both Web and Mobile applications.
How can I request other languages be included in eC?
Please contact your Customer Success Manager to let them know of the language(s) you would like to see in eCompliance! We'll be happy to evaluate your request alongside other enhancements and new feature requests.
