New Features
Expanded Language Support for Standard Sections
When creating an Incident Template, safety managers were limited to adding Standard Sections in English or French and could not accommodate other languages spoken by employees in their organization.
To address this, eCompliance has translated the standard sections into Spanish (US), Dutch (Netherlands), German (Germany) and Italian (Italy).
Safety managers can now can get increased engagement in critical safety activities by creating Incident Templates readable in their employees' preferred languages.

Enhancements
Additional Default Language Options for Sites
Site administrators were limited to setting a default language for a site to English or French. They need additional languages to accommodate users who speak other languages in different parts of the world where these sites may be physically located.
To meet this need, it is now possible for Admins to set the default language of a site in their organization to Spanish (US), Dutch (Netherlands), German (Germany) or Italian (Italy).
Employees can now see their local language in eC by default without having to configure their profile.

We have now enabled users to set their preferred language to Spanish (US), Dutch (Netherlands), German (Germany) and Italian (Italy).
Safety managers can now ensure that employees are able to participate more effectively in critical safety activities by accessing eC in a language they understand best.

Expanded Language Support for User Password Settings and Validation
eCompliance users need to set their password in eC and may need support in resetting it from time to time. They need to be able to set, reset and validate their password choices in a language that matched their preferences selected in their profile.
This enhancement will enable users to set their passwords while receiving tips and validations on their password strength in Spanish (US), Dutch (Netherlands), German (Germany) and Italian (Italy).
Users can now feel confident when securing their eC account by following strong password recommendations delivered in their preferred language.

Pagination for employee training records
When viewing training records on employee profiles, for employees with many courses it was difficult to view the training and certificates due to the large amount of information that was loaded onto the page. This led at times to system errors with displaying the information.
To address this, we have added a pagination component when viewing employee training records.
Similar to the other lists on eCompliance, safety managers can now select the number of training courses they would like to see per page (from 10 per page to up to 100 per page) as well as navigate page by page to view the records.
This enhancement will make it easier to view employee training records in an organized fashion.
