1) The first icon you see on the menu is the Home button. This will direct you to the dashboard.
2) New Asset: Here is where you can create new assets. Clicking on it will direct you to an asset creation form.
3) Search: This is where you can search up your organization's assets. The search column allows you to search by any values assigned to the assets (whether it is an asset type, asset creator, the day it was created, serial number, etc). You can also save your searches for data export or if you'd like to check back on it another time.
4) Places: This section is where you can view/add/edit your job sites or job locations. Places are set up like a hierarchy chart and you can choose to create divisions under the top site. Clicking on a Place name will give you a summary along with any event schedules created under that Place.
5) Lockout/Tagout: Here is where you can manage your LOTO procedures, certificates, logs, and audits
6) Your name: Clicking on your name will allow you to manage your account. You can set up email notifications, change your personal account information, export events, and manage your downloads.
7) Save Items: This is where you can manage your saved Search results. You can email them, set up scheduled emails, or edit the saves
8) Widgets: These will allow you to change the look of your dashboard home page. You can add widgets that help track your events and procedures here. Most widgets are common reports, for example, upcoming work or submitted inspections.
