This dashboard provides complete details of all of the Action Items at your organization. Use this report to get complete information of Action Items in tabular form.

Correlations Grid

This dashboard provides valuable insights into your safety program by correlating two questions in a Form and helps identify the most common answers therein. The report can be filtered by Site, Form Type, and more.

Two Question Report

This report helps you drill down into two related questions in a Form, providing valuable insights into your safety program. For example, this report can find out the top contributing factors for a given type of incident/injury.

COVID-19 Inspections

Track the status of Covid-19 Forms submitted at your organization. This report gives the total number of forms submitted within a specified date range with further drill down on Forms by Site, Date, and Employees.

Deficiencies Overview

This dashboard shows the number of deficiencies identified in any Form at your organization.

Employee Overview

This dashboard provides an overview of all of the employees at your organization. It can be filtered by Site(s), Status, Job Profile and more for additional information.

Employee Hire and Tenure

This dashboard provides the total number of active employees at your organization and their tenure. View the number of employees hired by month, average term by site, average-term by job profile, and the employee hire details.

Scheduled Inspections

Gain insights on the inspections scheduled at your organization using this dashboard. Use this report to keep track of inspection status, completion rates by type and Site, and tracking at the employee level.

Training Matrix

This dashboard provides information on the status of training courses assigned to the employees at your organization. You can set up a color-based matrix to visually differentiate the valid training courses from the expired ones, helping you manage your training program efficiently.
