eCompliance Release Notes For 2021.12.16 Web app

The following fixes were deployed in eCompliance web app, 16-Dec, 2021.

Fixes: 

• Fixed the issue where form submission email links were not directing using to the correct site. The link will now redirect users to the correct site so that they can view the form
• Fixed the issue where English was displayed when the French language was selected as a preference
• Fixed the issue where the documents read acknowledgment was not sending to correct employees
• Fixed the issue where users who belonged to specific sites were able to view Hazard Assessments published at different sites
• Fixed the issue where site on the inspection listing page was not displaying the forms correctly
• Fixed the issue where users without invite permissions were able to invite other users via the action items module
• Fixed the slow performance issue when creating a new employee in the Employees module
• [Safety Intelligence] Fixed the issue where site attributes was not updating correctly in Safety Intelligence (NEW) when a new site was created
• [Safety Intelligence] Fixed the issue where filters were not displaying on the dashboard set up on the home page but were displayed on the Safety Intelligence tab
