Documents with the Companies Module

What changes have been made to the documents module?

• Managers can now distribute training (courses and eLearning courses) to specific groups of users

• Everyone - All employees and all contractors: all eCompliance users (employees and non employees) can view the form

• Employees at your organization only: Only employees at your organization can view the form

• Subcontractors: All users that have the type subcontractor can access the form

• Specific companies only: All users that are assigned to the chosen companies can view the form

• All employees and specific companies only: All employees and all users can view the form

Are there any changes to the read acknowledgement rules?

No changes have been made to this feature.

What is the distribution option “Specific employees at your organization”?

Managers can distribute a form to individual employees, up to 100. Do note that all eCompliance customers can use this feature and not just those that have the Companies Module enabled.
