Training and eLearning with the Companies Module

What changes have been made to training?

Managers can now distribute training (courses and eLearning courses) to specific groups of users:

• Everyone - All employees and all contractors: all eCompliance users (employees and non employees) will be assigned and can access this course

• Employees at your organization only: Only employees at your organization will be assigned and can access this course

• Subcontractors: All users that have the type subcontractor can access the form

• Specific companies only: All users that are assigned to the chosen companies will be assigned and can access this course

• All employees and specific companies only: All employees and all users will be assigned and can access this course

Do note that this module works with Job Profiles. If a specific company is chosen and a job profile, then all employees that are assigned to that company and have the chosen job profile will be assigned and can access this course.

Can subcontractors, suppliers, and clients be assigned training and eLearning courses?

Yes, they can.

Does “Group certificate” have company data?
