With the eCompliance Companies Module safety managers can add the subcontractors, suppliers, and clients they work with to their eCompliance account to better assess, manage, and report on their health and safety program.
This module includes the following enhancements:

Companies – will allow Safety Leaders to upload contractor / subcontractor, suppliers and customer company profiles along with their employees

Inspections – provide Contractors with the ability to conduct job site inspections. Allow supervisors to conduct behavior-based observations on contractor work activities.

Training Management – provide contractors with onboarding orientation training by project site.

Meetings – record and track meeting participation and conduct toolbox talks with contractors and employees

Incident Management - any incidents occur you can record and maintain an auditable trace

Document Management – any documents can be shared with Contractors to communicate Health & Safety policies / procedures

eLearning – give contractors access to on-demand H&S eLearning courses from our catalog

Safety Intelligence Dashboards – reporting dashboards to conduct analytics on TRIF by internal employees vs. contractor company
