This phased release will take place the week of 15-November - there will be a brief service outage of approximately 20 minutes in the early morning (off-peak) hours.
Deployed in the release are important improvements to the client document upload for contractors, noted, below:
- Create a pop up when the user clicks the “Upload Document(s)” button that explains the document will not be reviewed by ContractorCheck (and will not be visible to the contractor)
- When the client user uploads a document have the owner of the document object be set to the client user. Currently, it gets owned by the contractor account’s user.
- Have the “Is Reviewed” set to “No” by default - previously the default was set to “Yes”
- Add a column on the documents list view in the contractor’s profile in the client portal to show the “Is Reviewed” field.
