To add a custom course, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager with the following information and they can assist you with adding a custom course to your organization's account.
You can provide us with a course in the following formats:
- SCORM 1.2
- SCORM 2004
- Tin Can
- Video
We can add additional elements to the course, such as:
- A task to be validated by an admin
- An assessment consisting of single select, multiple choice, or text entry (you can set parameters such as passing grade and number of attempts)
We do not offer course-creation services at this time. While SCORM and Tin Can files are the industry standard, video files are a great alternative if you do not have a SCORM-authoring tool to create a course!

Once we receive your course content, we upload it into our third-party LMS and make the course available for your organization. You can then assign the course as you see fit. CLICK HERE, HERE, or HERE for some best practices on how to assign your course(s) to users.
