This is typically an issue with permissions on an iOS (Apple) device; iOS requires permissions from each specific application for either (or both) Camera or Photos Library access.
In order for the eCompliance mobile app to use the device's camera or to access the Photos Library for upload, users will need to ensure that their permissions are enabled for the eCompliance app.
This can be done through these steps:
> Click on the 'Settings' app on the iOS device
> Scroll down and click on the 'eCompliance' app
> Ensure that the Camera permission is toggled on like so:
> Ensure that the 'Photos' settings is set to 'All Photos' by clicking on it, and then clicking on 'All Photos' like so:
