Header fields give you more flexibility to build Forms, and to record (and report on) a variety of data types!
A number of helpful question types are available when building form templates.
These form headers are available for all customers, however, you will need Admin or Manager-level permission to add form header fields to your Form templates. And workers will need to install eC mobile app v7.2.4 or above.
You will be able to add the new fields and have an option to mark the existing and new header field types as mandatory.
With the release of these new fields, you can now add the following question types to Form Header fields.
- Single Select
- Days Elapsed
You also have an option to mark the existing and new Form Header field types as mandatory.
Mobile users will need to upgrade to mobile version 7.2.4 to be able to use these enhanced features.
On saving the Form, you will see the below message. Click on “Yes” to upgrade and then save the changes.
Previously, the eCompliance forms (Inspection, Incident and Meetings) had these Form Header fields:
- Short Notes
- Long Notes
- Employee Lookup
- Asset Lookup
