In the “Inspections Tab,” admins can create Behavior-Based Safety Observations (BBSO) by adding an employee and asset to questions on forms.
How does it work?
The same way you would create an action item, add a note or an image for a question within an Inspection Form, now you can add an employee and an asset to the question.
Using the eCompliance Web Application
Step 1: Click on the “Inspections Tab” to create your Behavior-Based Safety Observation (BBSO) form
- Create your custom BBSO using the Inspection forms
Step 2: How to add an employee or asset to a BBSO
- The icon to attach an image has been changed to a paper clip icon
- Click on the paper clip icon to Add Photo, Assign Asset, or Assign Employees
On eCompliance Mobile App
When workers with contributor-level permissions or higher are using the mobile application, they can add Employees or Assets to the BBSO forms.
To do this:
Step 1: Click on the paper clip icon
Step 2: Then pick Employee or Asset from the options
How to report on your BBSOs?
With our new Safety Intelligence analytics tool for eCompliance, you can gather BBSO insights by using our Behavior-Based Safety Observations Dashboard.
This dashboard gives an overview of the total number of employees and assets attached to each type of BBSO form and is used to identify at-risk behavior, determine why they occur and what corrective actions are required to mitigate safety risks.
