eCompliance Release Notes for 2025.06.30 - Mobile App

Mobile app version 7.21.2 has been released to all users on June 30, 2025. 

Bug Fixes

• Addressed an issue where some Android users were logged out or unable to login due to outdated app storage settings. Enhancements made to better handle login and password changes in future updates.
• Fixed a problem where completed action items still showed as due on the mobile app after approval on the web. Mobile now reflects correct status once approved.
• Resolved a crash affecting Android users when signing form questions. Signatures now save properly without causing the app to close.
• Resolved an issue that was causing the Android navigation bar to overlap critical app buttons on devices running Android OS 15 or newer.
