Do you need more control over which sections and questions are enabled for Pre-Fill? Wanting to save time with tracking recurring employee or company attendees on your daily or weekly forms?
We hear you loud and clear and are currently working on delivering an enhancement to give you more power to save time!
In the coming weeks in the Inspections and Meetings modules on the web you'll be able to:
- Enable pre-fill on questions and lookups of all types. This will include Company lookup, Employee lookup, Asset lookup, Signature, and Hazard Assessment question types.
- Configure specifically which sections and questions in the form body you want to have pre-fill applied.
- Use new features in the custom headers to configure pre-fill on any field of your choice.

Important Details to Note Once This is Released
- The newly enabled fields will not be pre-filled on mobile until we release a new mobile application that support these changes (also coming soon post web-release).
- If you have pre-fill enabled on pre-existing forms, all previously excluded form sections and questions will be enabled for pre-fill.
- If you want to continue restricting those fields, or any others at the section or question level, you will need to update the affected templates by turning off pre-fill in those areas.
- The custom headers will not be automatically enabled for pre-fill so you will need to update those fields as you see fit.
