Web version 2025.4.16.2 was released on April 16, 2025.

Bug Fixes

• Removed terminated employees from being listed in the "Add members and employees" and "Members / employees in this role" lists when editing a Job Profile.
• Resolved an issue where users could not open a document attached in an Action Item that did not have an assignee.
• Fixed the error thrown when users attempted to open an Action Item created in a form with an empty sign off authority field.
• Resolved failing updates to an employee profile via API due to a Safety Intelligence license limit error. Now employee profiles can be updated via API when license allocations remain unchanged.
