What is our product roadmap? It's a plan that provides customers with an idea of the features we may be releasing over the coming months.
It's our best idea of what we're building in the short term and roughly when it would be released.
But like a longer-term forecast, a roadmap gets harder to predict the further off something is - market trends, customer ideas and other considerations could change the priorities.
That being said, we do our best to keep it updated if/when things change.
How does my product idea get on the roadmap? Share it with us! Customer ideas are regularly presented to the Product team to be considered alongside the existing roadmap.
What's on our roadmap? Ask your Success Coach for a copy and they'll be pleased to walk you through it! You can also contact Support to request it.
How do I know if my product suggestion has been released?
When you suggest a product idea, the best way to track it is via your Success Coach, they can help you understand the prioritization and considerations being made.
You can also follow our Release Notes and stay updated that way. We deploy updates to our products frequently and enhancements appear in the release notes.
Go to the release notes page and click "Follow" to be kept up to date for Field ID and eCompliance.
