If you have an open ticket, a member of the Support team or your Success Coach will let you know when a release has been made to resolve an issue or include a new feature.
We also post releases including new features and bug fixes on the Release Notes section of our support center.
To receive updates from the Release Notes section, select the product that you want to follow, select the "Release Notes" section, then click the blue "Follow" button.
When you hit the "follow" button on a section, you can select whether you'll receive notifications only for new articles or new articles/comments:
Users who follow a section or an article will get an email notification when a new article is published or when a comment is added to an article.
