Some users of the eCompliance mobile app, version 7 (eC 7) are experiencing an issue in which forms get stuck in a Pending state and won't submit, or a template form is no longer visible to the user.
To ensure data integrity, please perform the following after you upgrade to the latest version of the app:
- Tap on the three lines in the top left of the app
- Tap "Change Organization"
- Tap the name of your org, and wait for the app to finish "Syncing and Refreshing."
You can also try the following:
- Close the app fully (do not just minimize the app)
- Reopen the app
- Log out of your account
- Log back into your account
- Wait for the sync/refresh arrow to start and stop spinning completely"
