Error: What to do if you receive the following error? Object reference not set to an instance of an object error

If you're seeing this error, it may mean your app is out of sync with our servers.

Try logging out and back in, following the steps below: 

1. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version 
2. Close the app fully
3. Reopen the app
4. Log out of the app
5. Log into the app
6. After logging in, wait for the sync/refresh indicator to finish 'spinning' completely.
7. Tap the sync arrow again (version 7.0 or higher, use the "pull-down" to refresh and sync) 
8. Try to submit/open the form only after it completely stops.
