Why can't I view and sign off on a form? There is a red circle with a cross through it.

Please note that regular Manager sign-off permissions are overwritten when a user is added to the Sign-Off Authorities field in the form template. 

In order to remedy this issue, an admin or manager with template editing permissions will need to add your name to the Sign Off Authorities field in a form template.
