Adding COVID-19 form templates to your organization

Adding new form templates in eCompliance is easy! System admins can do it in two ways. You can either create and publish their own brand new template or select from prepared templates. 

We have created COVID-19 form templates and added them to the library for our customers. You can use these templates as-is or you can edit them to your needs.
