Public Documents: How to make documents public?

Setting a document to “Is Public” grants visibility to everyone in the company regardless of which site they have access to.

Making Document Public

1. Pick the site where the document is located
2. Navigate to the "Document" tab
3. Click on the gear icon for the document on the right-hand side of the screen
4. Toggle the button to “On”

Viewing Public Document

1. Navigate to the "Document" tab
2. Click the "Public Documents" button on the top 
3. Your document will be shown in the list
