We have released a hotfix for an issue that affected eCompliance app users who are using Apple devices.
The issue affects users on iPads or iPhones with iOS12+ installed on their device.
Users note that while they are entering an email in their forms, the name(s) do not auto-populate as they are expected to do.
We recommend users visit the App Store and select "Update" to V.6.0.6 if their app has not already auto-updated.
Important: do not uninstall and reinstall the eCompliance app, doing so will delete any Forms in a draft state. Forms are stored locally and will be deleted if a user uninstalls the app (rather than updating it).
