Microsoft is ending support for Internet Explorer (IE).
What does that mean for eCompliance users? If you or your organization are still using IE as your chosen browser, we strongly urge you to switch to another internet browser. In line with Microsoft, we will no longer be testing or supporting eCompliance on IE after March 31st, 2020.
Performance issues and 'glitchy' behaviour is expected on many websites - including eCompliance - as Microsoft stops releasing any security updates for IE.
You may have other browsers installed on your computer already, simply pop one open, pin it to your toolbar and log in to my.ecompliance.com
Here are some tips on how to download a new browser.
*IT departments can visit the Microsoft website for migration guidelines and other important information regarding the deprecation of IE 11.
