eCompliance is aware of a Cordova iOS issue that affects voice-to-text users of our app.
The issue (iOS 13+) prevents the dictation (microphone/speech to text button) from working properly in the app.
In eCompliance, the microphone may work for a second or two before stopping, or not start recording text at all.
This issue does not affect the ability to use the keypad, users will still be able to enter text that way.
We regret any inconvenience caused to iOS users. Please note, Android users are unaffected and will be able to capture voice-to-text as expected.
