Service disruption eCompliance, October 31, 2019 - the issue has been resolved.

At 8:59 am EST, Thurs. Oct 31st, Support became aware of a critical issue where forms and certificates would not submit for our eCompliance customers.  

Our engineers responded with the highest priority level (Critical) and restored this functionality at 10:04 am EST. 

A root cause investigation will be conducted and shared here as details become available. 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
