eC mobile app - Form sync spinning indefinitely (app version 6.0.1+)

Some users experienced issues with their form templates not showing up (e.g. spinning sync arrow, blank Forms screen). Sporadically reports since the deployment of v.6.0.1. 

Reason: 

This is caused when a user updates the eCompliance app without logging out first. This causes the org sync to hang for a long time. ie. sync arrow spins indefinitely. 

Solution:

1. Logout of the app fully
2. Relaunch the app 
 
Additional notes: 

Uninstalling the eCompiance app completely will delete any forms that a user has in a "Draft" state  (saved forms are stored locally, on the device, and not in the cloud).
