Caution: This operation will resynchronize the data on your mobile device.
A worker would only need to do this if they are changing tenants as it will clear any old data from the phone/app
Please note, resetting the database will wipe clean the app including all drafts.
To Reset the Database of Field ID:
-> Click on the white gear icon on the login page (this is the Settings Button) and look for the Red Reset Database button
->Tap the red "RESET DATABASE" button. You will get a warning that this operation will clear any unsaved data from Field ID.
-> Tap OK.
You will then be taken back to the login page where you will need to enter your login credentials. Field ID data will sync first upon entry into the app.
Once the data has synced, click the orange "Start Using Field ID" button.
