How do I ensure Managers can see Certificates to Approve for their workers?

Managers of sites can approve certificates, meaning the certificates will show up in the “Certificates to Approve“ page for that manager (in the Employee Tab). 

There are two key things to remember. 

1. The certificate must have been assigned via a Job Profile for the manager of the site to approve it i.e. a site manager can only approve these certificates for an employee if it the requirement came via a job profile.

2. The employee must be the same child/subsite as the manager, OR the employee must be part of the child/subsite of a parent site which the manager belongs to.
