Yes, there's a limit to how many employees can be uploaded at once.
For lists of over 1000 employees we recommend you break the list into multiple files for quicker processing.
The result of the import or any issues identified during the import will be displayed on your screen.
1. Before you import your employees it is highly recommended that you first export a template, which will also contain any existing employees.
2. Do not change the order of the columns, and do not rename the Header row; any changes to the column order or Headers will cause the import to fail.
3. Next, if you want to update employee records, update this template with the applicable site and permission data for each employee before moving on to the import itself.
