Audit Process: Completing Supporting Documents

After finishing the steps in your audit there may be supporting documents that need to be completed.

These documents can appear either before or after the Audit in the Navigation Pane – see (1) below. 

To complete a supporting document:

  • Select the document in the Navigation Pane (2)
  • Enter appropriate text description in the text area (3)
  • By selecting the View Key Notes button (4) the application will launch the View Key Notes window (5) where all notes are displayed that were marked as key when completing the individual audit questions. These noted can be highlighted and copied from the View Key Notes window to the text area (3) by using standard windows copy and paste functionality.
