Standard Sections helps you track Incident Recordable Details to make reporting TRIF easier across your organization.
Standard Sections uses the following calculations:
TRIR (Total Recordable Injury Rate, also known as TRIF or RIR) = # of Recordable cases x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours.
LTIR (Lost Time Injury Rate) = # of cases with Lost Time Injury selected in Injury Classification question x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours
RTIR (Restricted Time Injury Rate) = # of cases with Restricted or Modified Duty selected in Injury Classification question x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours
LWDR (Lost Time Work Day Rate) = # of Lost Time Total Days entered using Injury Classification section x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours
RWDR (Restricted Time Work Day Rate) = # of Restricted or Modified Duty Total Days entered using the Injury Classification section x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours
DART (Days Away/Restricted or Transfer) rate = # of cases with Restricted or Modified Duty and #of Lost Time Injury cases selected in Injury Classification question, x 200,000 / Total Employee Hours
Severity Rate = Total # of lost days entered using the Incident Classification section / Company recordable injuries + OSHA Recordable Injuries (using Standard Sections)
