Bug fixes include
- Able to scroll form when action item dialog is on top
- Keyboard blocks the notes/signature sections so user cannot type or complete a form
- When the Keyboard is shown on the Dismiss Not Started Form view, the Header is jumps on iOS
- Asset Lookup Header Title missing the word "Up"
- After saving an inspection, after a few seconds, a toast with "An Error Occurred. Please Try Again" appears
