FAQ: Are scheduled events added to my offline collection in Field iD's Mobile App?

Yes: any scheduled event assigned to you is added to your offline collection automatically.

This automatically ensures that you can perform assigned work even if you lose signal.

Offline assets cannot be removed by clicking on the Clear Offline button on the asset or job site - the event needs to be completed or reassigned to remove it from the offline collection. You will then need to Sync your app again to ensure that the offline tag has been removed.
