Please try the following to see if your course will load in your browser.
1. "Shift + F5" forces the web browser to ignore its cached contents and retrieve a fresh copy of the web page into the browser - performing this should load the most recent contents and version of the page.

2. Please keep in mind that your individual course content may have additional requirements above and beyond the browser (e.g. video).
