Field iD Mobile App: System Requirements

The Field iD Mobile App, version 4, is available for the following platforms:

The Field iD mobile app, version 4, requires iOS 13+ and Android 5+ and up.

Instructions on how to download and install the FiD App can be found here.

Tips:

- enable auto-updates in your device settings to ensure you automatically get new features and fixes 

- local device storage may affect the user experience. 

Compatibility guide:

- external keyboards are not supported.

- the Field iD mobile app is not available for Blackberry or Windows phones.

- if you will be using Field iD to scan RFID tags you will need an NFC-enabled mobile device or third-party handheld RFID reader.
