A known issue currently affects some iOS users (iPad, iPhone) which causes the user to be kicked out to the login screen repeatedly.
If this is occurring, you will need to force close the Field ID app in order to free up the used memory on the application.

Be sure to upgrade your app to the latest version, as well, to ensure you are getting the latest and greatest version of the Field ID app.
