Site Operations: How to add the Health & Safety Policy to the eCompliance homepage ?

eCompliance customers can easily customize the content of their homepage.

Many customers use this space to post their current H&S policy, in addition to sending their organization's H&S policy document out to Read/Acknowledge 

To add your H&S policy (or any document) to your organization's homepage in the web version of eCompliance, please follow the simple directions below.  

Prerequisite:

First, you'll need to save your Word Doc or PDF as an image file - use a snipping tool to create an image file and save in jpg, .gif, or .png format

Only eCompliance Admins have permission to change the homepage content. 

Steps:

1. After logging in and on the Home tab, click on Edit Homepage

2. Use Ctrl+C to copy the image file from your computer

3. Under EDIT HOME PAGE CONTENT FOR *your organization's name* put your cursor where you wish to insert the image. 

4. Press Ctrl+V to paste the image file in the content window 

5. Click Save. 

*Please note, you must use Firefox to copy and paste images directly.
