Today we're happy to announce a new way for you to engage workers and guests on site that may not have login access to eCompliance, with Guest Acknowledgments on Forms!
Now on web and mobile, you can share a form PDF with anyone via email and request that they provide their name and signature in acknowledgement of receiving and reading the form.
Recipients can access form PDFs directly from their inbox, read the document, then provide a signature without having to login to eCompliance. Their signatures will then be automatically added to the form for your managers and admins to review prior to sign-off.
