Enhancement

Forms

• Enhanced Template Search - Enhanced the web interface when starting a new form, making it easier to navigate large template libraries. Organizations with more than 100 form templates will now experience improved performance and faster form selection. • Disable Sign-Off Requirements on Forms - Now admins can disable the need to sign-off on scored and non-scored forms so that once these are submitted they can automatically be locked. More details in this support article HERE.

Bug Fixes

User Management and Access

• User Profile Duplicate Email Address - Resolved an issue where duplicate employee profiles with the same email address could be created within the same organization. The system now enforces proper validation to prevent duplicate entries, ensuring email addresses are unique within an organization.

Forms

• Duplicate Submission Email Notification - Fixed an issue where duplicate form submission emails were sent for forms submitted via the mobile app. The system now sends only one email to the appropriate users based on the form’s sign-off requirements.

Safety Intelligence

• Cog Button Fixed - Fixed an issue where the cog button in Safety Intelligence was unresponsive. Users can now access the dropdown menu and its functionalities as expected.
