Streamlined Form Selection

Problem

Previously, customers with a large number of form templates faced usability challenges when starting a new form. The template list was lengthy, requiring extensive scrolling to find the desired template. Additionally, loading all templates onto the screen at once caused performance issues, negatively affecting both user experience and performance.

Why did we fix this?

This long and unoptimized list created frustration for users and placed unnecessary load on the system, slowing down operations for those with larger template libraries. Enhancing this experience was essential to improve navigation, usability, and performance.

Solution

The template selection process has been updated to include an optimizes and streamlined interface. This enhancement reduces load times, improves navigation by making it faster to find specific templates, and ensures a more intuitive experience when starting a new form.

The new design also scales better for customers with large template libraries, improving usability without compromising performance.
