This web version 2024.11.1.1 was released on October 31, 2024.
Bug Fixes
- We now communicate more clearly when a new password does not meet requirements while ensuring that the checks done on new passwords align with the guidance shown in password reset windows.
- We now also consistently require upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols in new passwords across all areas of the application where passwords can be reset.
- We have relaxed the check on complexity to allow for more common words or patterns to be used as long as they are accompanied with special characters (symbols) and numbers. Some examples:
- A password containing a common word like "Airplane" will need to have numbers and symbols added to it make it stronger. Keep adding numbers and special characters to have your password accepted.
- A password containing a shorter common pattern like "Zxcv" but avoids common words and also fulfills the requirement for symbols and numbers will also be accepted.

- We resolved an issue where users were unable to access a form by clicking the link in the related email notification.
-
We now handle invitations to non-SSO users in an SSO enabled org such that these non-SSO users can still create a profile and login as usual.
Enhancements
- New toggle when creating an employee profile that when turned on will enable the employee to login via SSO without receiving and accepting an invitation. This toggle only is visible if SSO is enabled in your account settings.
- We have updated our documentation in V1 of our API to clarify the behaviour when IsSingleSignOnUser and enableSingleSignOn parameters are set. Explore V1 our API here - eCompliance Web API
- We've also updated the process description in the Import Employee page to explain what happens when the Enable Single Sign On (all employees) option is selected.
