Enhancement
- API users can now view all supported API versions and the endpoints associated with each version, providing better clarity on available options. Lower versions will be hidden intentionally to encourage the use of newer versions.
Updated Functionality
- The search functionality for multi- and single-select form header fields has been updated from a dropdown menu to a text-based input. This change eliminates confusion caused by deleted or duplicate options, ensuring only relevant options are displayed while still allowing historical records to be searchable. - Decimal values have been removed from form scores across all areas, including the edit page, listing page, view-only forms, and generated PDFs. This change eliminates confusion by ensuring scores are displayed as whole numbers, aligning with how scores are calculated and evaluated against pass/fail thresholds. For more details click HERE.
Bug
- Resolved an issue where launching eLearning courses created duplicate accounts. Users can now launch courses from both web and mobile without duplication.
- Fixed an issue where deleted incident header field options continued to appear as search fields on the incident listings page. Listings page now only displays active options, ensuring search fields reflect current selections.
- Resolved an issue where Admins were unable to delete certain sites, even after completing the deletion process. Sites with no subsites can now be deleted successfully by Admin users as expected.
- Addressed an issue where the ReportsTo field was removed if not included in the employee import API payload. Now, the ReportsTo value is preserved during updates unless explicitly changed, ensuring data consistency during employee syncs.
- Fixed an issue where inspection forms displayed scores exceeding 100%. Score and percentages are now accurately calculated and displayed for scored forms.
- Adjusted inspection form scoring to round percentages correctly, eliminating confusion around Pass/Fail status for scores with decimals. Decimal values are no longer displayed, ensuring a clear and consistent scoring experience.
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from accessing the Companies module when a site had a large number of Company profiles. Users can now access the module, even if a large volume of Companies are assigned to a single site, ensuring stability and improved performance of the module.
- Resolved a problem that caused errors when sending invitations while reassigning action items to new employees. Invitations are now correctly sent based on the user's email address, ensuring streamlined reassignment and notification processes.
- Addressed a problem where users with user admin permissions were unable to switch an employee login from username to email. The conversion now works correctly, and the employee profile is updated without errors.
- Fixed an issue causing duplicate email notifications when submitting forms for sign-off. 'Sign Off' button will now be disabled after the first click to ensure only a single notification is sent.
- Corrected an issue where questions from standard sections were displayed first in email notifications, regardless of their order in the form template. Email now show questions in the same order as they appear in the forms.
- Resolved an issue where enabling the N/A option in Custom Header Fields caused an error if other language fields were not filled our. Users can now enable N/A without needing to complete additional language fields.

- To enhance performance and improve user experience, we've introduced new filters for Form Date, Form Status, and Form Title fields in the 'Employee Participation' explore. These filters when utilized, streamling the process of creating reports for reviewing employee participation in forms by minimizing system load, leading to an optimized and streamlined experience.
