Up until now, notifications on new and revised form submissions were indistinguishable, causing confusion and undue stress for email recipients, particularly around the reporting of incidents.
Forms statuses were also not being changed when these forms were sent back for revision, further contributing to confusion when looking at a list view of inspections, incidents and meetings.
Our goal is to dispel any confusion around form submissions, so that managers receiving emails related to these forms have the necessary information to take appropriate action on critical issues.
New Notifications for Revised Submissions
Now email titles will clearly show when a form is revised. The notification will also show the name of the person who made the revision and resubmitted the form, in the Revised by field:

Managers will also be able to see when a form has already been set for a revision and has not been resubmitted yet in the list view, with the new Under Revision form status:
