New! Sign-Off Section in 'My Stuff' Dashboard
The 'My Stuff' dashboard now features a new expandable and collapsible section within the 'Forms' category. This section provides a preview of forms pending your sign-off. Only forms for which you have 'Sign-off authority' will be displayed on this list.
To see how this feature works, see the feature article here.
New! eLearning Auto-Enrollment
We've streamlined course access: now, users can directly access the course player from the 'My Stuff' dashboard on the web and 'My Training' on the mobile application.
The previous process was not user-friendly and required users to enroll in their courses manually. Not completing the necessary steps would prevent users from obtaining an updated training certificate upon course completion.
The auto-enrollment will be implemented on all courses.
To learn more about the enhancement, see the article here.
IMPORTANT: Following this update, users who have already started retaking their courses without first manually re-enrolling and have left the course in progress, will need to restart their courses from the beginning when they launch the course again. This will ensure they acquire the new certificate they need as proof of training.
Username Update: Allowed Characters
A restricted character policy is added to username creation in order to prevent unexpected errors when logging in.
The username field now only allows the following characters:
- Letters (a-z, A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Periods (.)
- Hyphens (-)
- Underscores (_)
- Plus signs (+)
