How do I submit feedback on the mobile app?

The feedback page allows you to take screenshots within the app and add your comments and annotations. 

Step-by-step guide on how to use the page:

1. On the eCompliance login screen or in the in-app menu, tap 'Send Us Feedback'

2. A new view of the current screen will appear, with a text box below it for you to type your feedback, and a side navigation menu on the right side:

• 'X' button: Close out the feedback window. Changes will not be saved.
  
  
• Navigate: The 'Navigate' option is automatically selected by default in the window—this is indicated by the text displayed in blue font. When this option is selected, you can navigate within the app to grab the page on which you would like to offer feedback. The main window will show the screen where you can start creating annotations. 

• Draw: By tapping the 'Draw' option, you can access several other buttons underneath it. The 'Draw' text will turn blue if it is selected. 
  • Undo (arrow icon): Delete the last drawing stroke.
  • Delete (trash bin icon): Delete the entire drawing.
  • Pick a marker color: The circle icons indicate different colors you can choose from. A filled-in circle shows the selected color. 

• "Report an issue" comment box: Tapping the comment box will raise your device's keyboard. Include as much detail as possible about your issue. 

3. To submit your feedback, Tap the 'Submit' button under the comment box. When completed, a notification at the top of your screen will say "Your feedback has been submitted successfully." and the view of your current screen will return to normal.
